This includes your name and email address, the device model you use to activate an eSIM, payment data processed securely by our payment provider, and eSIM usage data such as data consumption and activation status. We collect only what is needed to operate the service.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to fulfill your orders and provision eSIM profiles, send activation instructions and order confirmations, respond to support requests, and improve our service. We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing without your consent.
3. Data Sharing
We share your data only where strictly necessary. Order details are passed to our eSIM reseller partner to provision your profile, and payment data is handled by our payment processor. We never sell your personal data, and our partners are bound by confidentiality obligations.
4. Data Retention
We retain your data while your account is active and for two additional years to comply with legal and financial obligations. For guest orders, we retain associated order data for one year. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
5. Your Rights
